Ex-Quinwood Woman Dies In Baltimore
Mrs. Thelma Smith Dabney, 51, of Blatimore, Md., and former resident of Quinwood, dies early Saturday at her home of a heart attack.
The body will arrive at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in East Rainelle Monday morning. Arrangements are incomplete.
