- Obituary of Eula Marie Brown
A Palm Beach Shores resident, formerly from Rainelle, WV, passed away October 4, 2002, of cardiac arrest in Jupiter, Florida. Marie was the loving wife of Jesse C. Brown, former mayor of East Rainelle, WV. She was a long time member of Eastern Star.
Marie is survived by her only daughter and son in law Shirley Foote of Annapolis, Maryland, her grandson Jason Foote and his wife Melissa., her granddaughter Renee and her husband Stephen Bisciotti, two great grandsons Jason and Jack Bisciotti and a beloved niece, Jenbnifer Wise. Marie leaves behind three dear friends and neighbors, Melba Elkins, Mary Swann and Bill Wolfe. Her vivacious, fun and loving spirit will forever live in our heart and be remembered.
