She was preceded in death by her Parents: Paul William Poe, Sr. and Erna Arline Poe; Husband: Glenn Blackwood; Brothers: Paul Poe, Jr., and Gary Lee Poe. Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday. Feb. 26, 2022 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
