George was the son of the late George Delbert and Blanche Alice Fleshman Osborne.
He was survived by his wife of 60 years, Ollie Ruth Osborne.
He was a UMWA coal miner retired from Leckie Smokeless Coal, Anjean, WV with 24 years of service. He loved to hunt and fish, woodworking and metal detecting.
