- Obituary -- Dorothy Carolyn Cales Swogger King
WINCHESTER, Va. -- Dorothy Swogger King, 67, of Winchester, died on Saturday, June 19, 2010, in Fairfax Station, Va.
Mrs, King was boern September 8, 1942 in Reupert, W. Va., a daughter of Eugene and Frances McClung Cales of Winchester, Va.
She retired as a Realtor, owning her own brokerage firm, Remax Elite, in Burke, Va. Mrs. King was a member of Fellowship Bibnle Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Wesley Andrew Swogger and her second husband Larry King.
Surviving along with her parents are three children and their spouses Angelique Swogger and husband Mike Myers of Smithfield, Va., Wes and Lynn Swogger of Fairfax Station, Va. and Doug and Sheila Swogger of Dumfries, Va.; one sister, Deborah Wright of Winchester, Va.; seven grandchildren , Richard and Rachel MyersJamie, Melanie and Jake Swogger and Josh and Joe Swogger; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2 p. m. on Wednesday June 23, 2010 at Maddox Funeral Homeconducted by Rev. Moody Roberts. Entombment will follow at Panorama Memorail Gardens, Front Royal, Va.
