    Text This deed made this 27th day of October 1888 between Martha E. Crane of the first part and William Loftus Hines and Annie E. Hines parties of the second part all of the county of Greenbrier State of West Virginia that the said party of the first part has for and in consideration of obligations below set forth and assumed by the parties of the second part sold bargained and conveyed with such title as she possesses or holds to the said parties of the second part all her real estate and personal property. The obligation above referred to as assumed by the said parties of the second part are as follows. The said William Loftus Hines and Annie E. Hines agrees and binds themselves to provide a reasonable support for the said party of the first part and for Joseph S. Crane Senior during their natural life or as long as they shall remain unharmed provided that the said party of the first part and the said Joseph S. Crane Sr. shall render such assistance to the said party of the second part in their support as they may be able to render and the said William Loftus Hines and Annie E. Hines further agrees that if the said party of the first part or the said Joseph S. Cranes Sr. shall ever establish it that they or either of them are not reasonably supported that the land shall be sold and the proceeds thereof applied to their support provided the said party of the first part shall have full control of the above property during her natural life.     I, C.A. Rupert a Notary Public in and for the said county and state do certify that Martha E. Crane whose name is signed to the above instrument of writing bearing date - the 27th day of October 1888 personally appeared before me in my said county and acknowledged the same as her act and deed given under my hand the 27th day of October 1888.
