  The Charleston Gazette, 15 December 1952 MEADOWS, W. Howard - 70, of Rupert, died yesterday at his home after an extended illness. Surviving are his wife, Lula; two sons, John of Meadow Bridge, and Roscoe of Panama City, Fla.; two daughter, Mrs. Webb of Man and Mrs. Nelda Cadle of Intersession City, Fla.; two brothers, Mack of Summersville and Edgar of Oak Hill, O.; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Pitsenbarger of Orient Hill and Mrs. Lelia Hoover of Hot Springs, Ark., 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The body is at Nickell Mortuary at East Rainelle.
