  The Charleston Gazette, 2 August 1988 MRS. NINA MAY DEITZ MANKIN, 93, OF 4823 Kanawha Ave., South Charleston, died July 31, 1988, at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was a retired elementary school teacher. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, South Charleston. She was a lifelong resident of South Charleston. Surviving: brothers, Dudley D. Deitz of Springdale, Wallace H. Deitz of Barberton, Ohio, Theodore O. Deitz of Covington, Va., J. George Deitz of Melbourne, Fla. Service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday at Good Shepherd Mortuary, South Charleston, with the Rev. Denise Hall officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.
