  The Charleston Gazette, 20 September 1992 BILLIE WARREN HIGGINBOTHAM, 72, of Oak Hill died Sept. 19, 1992, at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley. He was retired from Cedar Coal, Chelyan, with years service and was a Baptist. Surviving: daughters, Rose Marie Fleshman Godbey of Fayetteville, Margaret Ann and Sharon Jean Higginbotham, both of Oak Hill; son, Billie Wayne of Oak Hill; sisters, Margie Richmond of Charleston, Vermont Neff of Danese, Hilma and Shirley Nolan, both of Wilmington, Del.; brother, Jackie Keith of Rock Hill, S.C.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, with the Rev. David White and the Rev. Mack Canterbury officiating . Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Caring Hands, Box 360, Oak Hill, W.Va. 25901.
