Mrs. Emma Mae Fuller Zopp, 91, formerly of Noahtown Rd., Thomasville, went to be with her Lord Monday, August 28, 2006, at High Point Regional Hospital.
She was born August 10, 1915, in Kentucky County, W.Va., the daughter of Horace and Lula Kincaid Fuller. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ, fulfilling her call as a minister's wife, and she was also a homemaker who loved to cook. She belonged to the Thomasville Church of Christ and always had a smile on her face, showing her love for everyone that she would meet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Clyde Fuller.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Lawrence C. Zopp, of the home; a son, the Rev. Colbert Eugene Zopp and his wife, Jeanette, of Gallipolis Ferry; two daughters, Lula Mae Rawe and her husband, Tony, of Calaban, Colo., and Jackie Lane and her husband, Rick, of High Point, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Ellen, Anthony, Melissa, Mark, Richard, Rebecca and Jeanette; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday at Davis Funerals and Cremations Chapel, 976 Phillips Ave., by the Rev. C. Eugene Zopp, the Rev. David Galloway and Mr. Richard Lane. Burial followed in Floral Garden Memorial Park.
