Mr. Collins, 53, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of Rupert, Greenbrier County, died Sunday in a Baltimore, Md. hospital. Member Amwell Baptist Church, manager of a Baltimore service station. Surviving: widow, Kathleen; daughter, Mrs. Carol Jean Murray of Baltimore, Md.; sons Robert and William, both of Baltimore, Md.; mother, Mrs. Maggie Collins of Rupert; sisters, Mrs. Rose Beam, Mrs. Murrel Tharp, and Mrs. Maceil Beam, all of Rupert; brothers, Raymond, Marion, and Clyde, all of Rupert, Al of Baltimore, Md.
