She was born on June 1, 1936 in Crichton, West Virginia; she was the daughter of the late Andy Marshall McClung and Floda Neff McClung. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Tracy A. Hamilton in 2012 and a son Roger Hamilton in 2018. Rexie was a member of First Baptist Church of Rainelle. Survivors include one son, Randy Hamilton; three sisters, Rovena Neff, Roberta Haffle and Rose Smith; one brother, Ralph McClung; extended family. Per her request, there will be no services.
