  Post-Herald and Register, Beckley, WV, 19 August 1962 Cornelius Norvell McClung, 85, Mount Lookout, died Saturday at his home. Death was attributed to a heart attack. A retired farmer, he was a member,of the Buckhorn Methodist Church. He was born May 22, 1877 at Snow Hill, a son of the late James and Sarah Eye McClung. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mertie O'Dell, McRoss; Mrs. Lena Permenter, Elkton, Md., and Mrs. Martha Huffman, Charmco; a son, Kyle, Mount Lookout; a sister, Mrs. Ledona O'Dell, Canvas; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Pleasant Baptist Church at Mount Lookout with the Rev. Wesley Pennington and the Rev. T. W. Carte in charge. Burial will be in the Buckhorn Cemetery. The body will be taken from the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in East Rainelle to the residence at 6 p.m. Monday and will be placed in the church at the service hour. (RNS)
