CEREDO - Izetta Webb Browning, 70, of Ceredo, formerly of South Charleston, died Tuesday, May 20, 1997, in Mariner Health Care Center, Huntington, after a long illness. She was a retired secretary from the U.S. Government and a and a former secretary at First Baptist Church, South Charleston, where she was a member. Surviving: son, Gregory A. Browning of Ceredo; daughter, Rosemary Anne Downs of Warrenton, Va.; mother, Mary Webb of Tornado; sisters, Aretta Lindemann of Clairmont, Fla., Polly Conn of Tornado; brother, Quinton "Pete" Webb of St. Albans; five grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Casdorph-Curry Funeral Home, St. Albans. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
