MISS CATHERINE LOIS Proctor, 68, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Ansted, W.Va., died Friday in a Washington hospital after a short illness. She was a member of Presley Faith Church in Washington, D.C. She was a retired government employee. Surviving: brother, Col. Charles Proctor of St. Petersburg, Fla. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Ansted, with the Rev. Bob Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Shawver Cemetery, Corliss, W.Va.
