  The Charleston Gazette, 21 September 1991 Mrs. Dicy P. Skaggs, 87, of Mount Lookout, Nicholas County, died Sept. 20, 1991, in Summersville Memorial Hospital of a long illness. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Mount Lookout. Surviving: son, Elmer Underwood of Mount Lookout; stepdaughter, Flossie Pridemore of Ansted; brother, Everett McClung of Summersville; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at White Funeral Home, Summersville, with the Rev. Mike Long officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
