  The Charleston Daily Mail, Charleston, WV, 7 March 1996 Mark A. Rudd RAINELLE - Mark Allen Rudd, 18, of Rainelle died Tuesday, March 5, 1996, in Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Fairlea, from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, said a spokeswoman for the state police Rainelle detachment. He was a senior at Greenbrier West High School, Charmco, and an active member of the ROTC. Surviving: parents, Curtis Timothy and Edith Boggs Rudd of Rainelle; sister, Lisa Shuck of Danese; brothers, Shawn of Princeton, Steven Wayne at home; maternal grandmother, Marcelle Boggs of Clintonville. Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, with Evangelist William Kinder officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
