WIDEN - William G. Bragg, 82, of Widen, Clay County, died Sunday in Montgomery General Hospital after a long illness.
He was a retired fanner and miner.
Surviving: wife, Dovie; daughters, Mrs. Ethel Bragg of Los Angeles, Calif., Miss Maysel Bragg of Widen; son, William O. Bragg of Gauley Bridge; stepdaughters, Mrs. Nancy Patterson of Middlebourne, Mrs. Myrtle Thompson and Mrs. Dorothy Neff of Colliers; stepsons, Paul Stump of Stephens City, Va., George Stump of Winchester, Va.
Service will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, with the Rev. Willard Morris officiating. The body will be taken today to the Goodwin Funeral Home, at Middlebourne where graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in Archers Chapel Cemetery in Middlebourne.
the family suggests that memorials be made to the Cancer Society.
