- From the (Regensburg) baptismal register, 26.Nov. 1570, "to Hans Gar, a farmer, a child (was baptized) named Warbara. The godmother (was) the wife of Christoph Piersack."
In the baptismal register there was a daughter Elisawett, s22.Apr. 1573.
"Peter Purchstorff and Jerg Veidt were appointed guardians of the relict children, Thomas and Warbara, of the Late Hans Gar. The guardians gave a deed for a house in favor of the tutors of the two surviving children. This house had been purchased by the children's mother for 185 florins."
The citizenship book for Regensburg, 1570 to 1619, has been lost. [2]
