DR. THOMAS A. WAYLAND
LINN CREEK - Services for Dr. Thomas A. Wayland, 86, Linn Creek, will be at 7:30 p.m. today in Reed Chapel in Camdenton with Rabbi Abe Rosenthal officiating. Graveside services will be held in Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb, Ill., at 3 p.m. Friday.
Dr. Wayland died Wednesday in St. Mary's Health Center, Jefferson City, after a long illness.
He was a medical doctor in Camdenton, and retired about a year ago, after practicing there for more than 20 years.
He was a member of the VFW, the American Legion, and the World War I Barracks No. 2001.
Survivors include his wife, Nina; a daughter, Mrs. Clara Jean Lamb, Carolina Beach, N.C.; a step-son, Eddie McCoung, Osage Beach; two sisters, Mrs. Jemima Moon, Galesburg, Ill., and Mrs. Isabell Eakle, Salem; a brother, Harvey W., of Downers Grove, Ill.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
