MRS. HELEN A. GARRETT
Mrs. Helen A. Garrett, 88, died Monday night in a Phoenix, Ariz., hospital. A native of Fillmore, she is the widow of the late William C. Garrett. She has made her home in Phoenix for the past 10 years.
She is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Elizabeth Walker, Barnard; Mrs. Virginia Galbraith, St. Joseph; Mrs. Josephine Darr, Phoenix; four sons: Roy Garrett, Barnard; Elmer Garrett, Fillmore, Paul Garrett, Kansas City, and Ralph Garrett, Maryville, a brother, Buddy Rutherford, Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Pattie Baker, Winfield; 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and a great-greatgrandchild.
Funeral services will be held today at 2:00 p.m, at the Fillmore Christian church; Rev. O. H. Loomis officating with interment in the Fillmore cemetery.
