Greenbrier Man Dies; Rites Slated
LEWISBURG (RNS) - Mason L. Loudermilk, 54, of Lewisburg died in a Beckley hospital at 8 a.m. Thursday after a long illness.
Born at Lewisburg, Feb. 11, 1919, he was a member of the Bethel Presbyterian Church at Fayco, was a retired carpenter, a veteran of World War and was member of Americn [sic] Legion Post 69 of Lewisburg.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Polly Loudermilk of Lewisburg; one sister, Mrs. Joe Loudermilk of Lewisburg, and two half brothers, Hubert Spencer of Williamsburg and Lloyd Spencer of Lewisburg.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McCraw Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Rev. Onva Hill in charge. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery.
American Legion members will conduct graveside military rites.
Friends may call after noon today and the family will receive friends from 7-9:30 p.m.
