Shirley Ann Hanson, affectionately known as "Momma Shirley", 63, of Lewisburg, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at The Brier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Ronceverte. She was born March 31, 1952 at Clintonville, WV, and was the daughter of the late Hubert Ray and Ruth Virginia Wyatt Deitz. Shirley was a homemaker, was a former, avid 4-H Leader, and was of the Methodist faith. In addition to her mother and step-father, she is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jade Hanson. She is survived by her children, Ruth Hanson (Andrew Brooks) of Lewisburg, Teresa Adkins (Anthony) of Hinton, WV and Clark Luther Hanson (Laurie) of New Market, TN. Also surviving are grandchildren, Alexis Hanson and a grandson "Bubba" Adkins. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Friday, May 29, 2015 at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, Clintonville with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating. Entombment will follow in the Wallace Memorial Mausoleum. A visitation will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
