CHARLES HENRY WILLIAMS, 77, Alderson died Oct. 29, 1993, at his home after a long illness. He was a native of Richlands, Greenbrier County, and was a retired staff sergeant from the Air Force with 20 years service. He was a Protestant and a veteran of World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a member of American Legion, Charleston. Surviving: wife, Edith Rebecca McCutcheon Williams; stepdaughters, Natoma "Toby" Sheppard of Alderson, Jane Sheppard of Lewisburg; sisters, Io Phepps of Lewisburg, Veo Loomis of Caldwell, Lucille Bland of Ronceverte; eight stepgrandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lobban Funeral Home, Alderson. Burial will be in Gwinn Memorial Cemetery, Alderson. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
