Ruby Faye Jones, 83, of Crawley, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 following a short illness. Born on May 29, 1931, at Keiffer, she was the daughter of the late George Fostie and Evelyn Suttle Walkup.

Ruby was a homemaker and a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Burnett Jones in 1992. A brother, Delford Walkup and two sisters: Edna Mae Withrow and Madge Walkup.

Those left to cherish her memory are one son: James (Sandra) Jones, three daughters: Verna (Arnold) Martin, Peggy (John) Dodd, and Mary (Jackie) Mullins. Three sisters: Bernice (Hobert) Murdock, Georgia (Howard) Scruggs, Hazel McIntyre. Also left to cherish her memory are twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a special friend Jo Pitsenbarger.

Services will be held at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Chapel at Rainelle on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kermit Hunter officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at the Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
