DOVIE FRANCES SMITH, 96, OF HINES DIED Feb. 25, 1994, at Heartland Nursing Home, Rainelle. She was a member of Hines Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Surviving: daughter, Joyce Eileene Walkup of Spring Hill, Fla.; son, Garland Smith of Rainelle; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. Service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Amwell Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Fields, the Rev. Leroy Crane and the Rev. Steve Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
