RICHWOOD - Dennis R. Boggs, 55, of Richwood died Sunday, Aug. 9, 1998, in Summersville Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was a disabled miner from Sewell Coal Co., Nettie, a Baptist and a member of the UMW and the Moose Lodge, Richwood. Surviving: son Dennis II of Nettie; daughters, Joyce Tennel of Summerville, Kim Bosley of Nettie; mother Ellanora Boggs of Fenwick; sisters, Virginia Cook and Shirley Bennet of Fenwick, Francis Barker of Weirton, Beulah Greer of Tionesta, Penn.; three grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Simons-Coleman Funeral Home with the with the Rev. Jade Morris officiating. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery, Fenwick Mountain. Friends may call from 6 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
