BILLUPS, Mrs. Rilda - 80, of Mt. Hope, Fayette County, died Thursday night in Hill Top Nursing Home at Hill Top. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Nancy Gilliam of King George, Va.; three sons, Frank Billups of Harrisonburg, Va., Howard Billups and Paul Billups, both of Mt. Hope; three brothers, George Phipps of Beckley, Ward Phipps of Mayberry and Asa Phipps of Ashland, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. John L. Bailey of Tallahassee, Fla., and Mrs. Florence Dillon of Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Service will be conducted at 2 p. m. Sunday in Tyree mortuary chapel at Mt. Hope. Burial will be in Calfee Cemetery at Mount Tabor.
