MOUNT HOPE - The funeral for Howard R. Billups, 66, of Cirtsville, Raleigh County, will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the
Tyree Funeral Home here with the Rev. Robert Perry in charge. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Mr. Billups, a retired employee of the Raleigh County Board of Education and a native of West Virginia, died Monday at Beckley. Survivors: son, John W. of Beckley; daughter, Mrs. Maxine Treadway of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, Frank of Harrisonburg, Paul of Cirtsville. Friends may call at the funeral home today after 5 p.m.
