John W. Shawver Dies Unexpectedly
John William Shawver, 41, died unexpectedly Wednesday at 2:15 a.m. at the home of his father, William F. Shawver, 228 Bradford St., after an illness of five months. He was foreman at W. F. Shawver Sons Roofing Co., 507 Capitol St. He was a graduate of Danville, Va., Military school and attended West Virginia university and Augusta Military school. Surviving are his father and a brother, Lake Shawver, of Charleston; two sisters. Mrs. F. E. Rectenwald of Charleston and Mrs. R. G. Monoghan of Beaumont, Tex.
