Mr. Osborne, 69, of Rainelle, died Monday, Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Ronceverte. Retired miner. Surviving: widow, Nancy; daughters, Mrs. Etha Brown of Rainelle, Mrs. Nancy Birchfield of Covington, Va., Rebekah at home; sons, Robert L. of Weston, Ray M. of Asbury, Robert B. of East Rainelle, Earl N., Ernest and Herman G., all of Rainelle; brothers, Bunn and McKinley, both of Rainelle.
