SHIRLEY ANN TIPPIE, 55, OF ST. ALBANS, formerly of Charleston, died Monday, Dec. 19, 1994, at home, after a short illness. She was retired from the state of West Virginia. Surviving: sons, Jim Jr. of South Charleston, Ric of Charleston, David of Dunbar; daughter, Sonja Tippie of St. Albans; brothers, Ray Tyree of Mims, Fla., Richard Tyree of Tyler Mountain, George H. Tyree of Charleston; sisters, Mina Lee Rhodes of Kenna, Barbara Belcher of Cocoa, Fla.; one grandchild. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Ron Stoner and the Rev. Bob Burdette officiating. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
